Aneline Butler

Before Little Rangers, Aneline spent 30 years working in the motor industry, progressing from a clerk to financial manager. Alongside her professional career, she has also been actively involved in running a baseball club supporting children from five years old through to senior players.

She brings that experience, leadership and community spirit to Little Rangers, with a commitment to running the school with passion, strong values and respect. One of her greatest joys is watching children grow from their earliest learning experiences into confident little individuals capable of achieving wonderful things.

Tracey Oakes

With 16 years of experience in baking, Tracy brings a genuine love of food and creativity to the Little Rangers kitchen.

She is passionate about introducing young learners to delicious food while encouraging healthy eating habits from an early age. Through her role, Tracy hopes to contribute to a nurturing school environment that helps children grow into happy, healthy, confident and compassionate young individuals.

Savannah Mateus

Teacher - Blue Group. 3 Months - 1 Year Olds

Savannah is a passionate and caring educator who is currently working towards completing her teaching degree. She believes that strong relationships are at the heart of great teaching and takes the time to understand each little learner as an individual.

Her goal is to create a happy and supportive environment where children can learn through play, comfortably be themselves and know that they have someone encouraging them every step of the way.

Monique van Jaarsveld

Teacher - Blue Group 3 Months - 1 Year Olds

With an incredible 38 years of experience in education, Monique brings a wealth of knowledge, patience and care to the Little Rangers baby room.

She is passionate about supporting our youngest Little Rangers as they transition from home into the school environment, while also guiding and reassuring parents through this important stage. Her focus is on creating a safe, loving and caring space where babies can thrive, develop and celebrate those precious first-year milestones.

Storm Butler

Teacher - Pink Group 1 - 2 Year Olds

Storm's passion for teaching began when she was just eight years old and has continued to grow throughout her journey in education.

With experience working in a nursery school, as an au pair and coaching children in baseball, Storm loves helping children of all ages develop confidence, teamwork and a love for learning. She aims to create positive, engaging experiences where every child feels encouraged and excited to discover something new.

Karlé Jordaan

Teacher - Yellow Group. 3 - 4 Year Olds

Karlé is passionate about becoming an inspiring teacher and positive role model for the children in her care. She places great importance on kindness, compassion, integrity and creating meaningful connections with her learners.

Her vision is to help provide a welcoming and nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued and supported, while developing a genuine excitement for learning and coming to school each day.

Courtney De Lange

Teacher - Green Group. 2 - 3 Year Olds

Courtney is working towards completing her Bachelor of Education in Foundation Phase and hopes to continue her studies through Honours, with an interest in specialising in Educational Psychology.

She is passionate about becoming an exceptional nursery school teacher and creating a warm, nurturing classroom where every little learner feels supported as they grow, discover their abilities and become the best version of themselves.

Jaydene Jardim

Teacher - Red Group 4 - 5 Year Olds

Jaydene has a strong passion for inclusive education and hopes to further her studies in Special Needs Education, with the long-term goal of achieving her PhD in Education.

She believes every child deserves to feel valued and supported. Her goal is to create a safe, loving and inclusive classroom where children feel confident to explore, discover new things and enjoy their individual learning journey.
